Filling Turkey Tomato Sandwich


This one is more on the slim & sassy side of things. It is absolutely delicious and oh-so-good for the gut.
First let's start off with some sprouted whole wheat bread, good 'ol mustard, and Trader Joe's amazing edamame hummus. (yes, this is like my substitute for Mayo.)
Add some of your favorite queso (cheesy goodness), turkey, lettuce, tomato, avocado slices, sea salt and pepper to taste (a small dash of cayenne pepper for those that like it hot!) and...
Voila! Scrumptious summer sandwich awaits. Dig in. Enjoy. Pat yourself on the back. You just did your body a favor, without the loss of flavor.
